Procedure to access Webmail
at
1. Launch your Browser: MS Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox
2. Enter the Webmail Address: www.itws.org/webmail
3. At Webmail Panel enter: Username & Password then Click OK.
4. At the Webmail Choice Screen: Click beneath Horde
5. At Welcome to Horde Username & Password automatically entered.
6. Is Language entered correct? Is all information correct? Click Log In
7. Your Email Account should appear and “Features & Options” should be visible.
8. Some Options are at top of screen and Some Options are at the bottom of screen.
9. Click Inbox option to check your Email messages. Maybe you have some?
10. Click Compose Option and send an Email to someone (yourself) to check…
11. Check out the other Options in your ITWS Webmail account…
12. Don’t forget to Log Out when you are finished checking out Email Options…
Procedure to access Chat Room
at

1. Launch your Browser: MS Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox
2. Enter the Chat Room Address: http://www.itws.org/~tlove//cr1.html
3. At Chat Room Web Page
enter: Username then Click Enter
Chat button.
4. At Chat Room: Enter message in message box at bottom then Enter or click Say.
5. You message should appear in the Chat Room at top & Your name on the right.
6. Preview and use the Chat Room and Instant Messenger provided abbreviations.
