appropriate and assists them along the road to success.
Students
need practice using a table to retrieve information
and
numerical values since this is a real-life skill for all of us.
Basic Calculators
should be taught and used with students
along
with the Times
Table. Don’t assume they know how
to
use a Basic Calculator! Teach it and
use it as a checker.
