Provided numerical data to create Basic Charts and Scatter Plots for Technology and Mathematics for Teachers!
( First thing to be done with this activity is to print out this Spreadsheet so as to be able to read directions. )

1. Click on the Number One beneath the Letter A.  Drag downward to select all the numbers. Only numbers are to be Charted! 
2. After all the numbers have been selected ( highlighted ),  Click on Chart Icon (Looks like colored Bars!) at top of Spreadsheet.
3. When the Chart Menu appears, at the left under Chart Type,  Click Line for the set of numbers under letter A then click Finish.
4. Notice created Chart which has appeared.  Now, Click any cell outside chart in Spreadsheet then click  Chart then click Delete.
5. Continue Chart creating procedure using Pie for the Letter B  then Column for the Letter C.  Note Chart  then  Deleete Chart.
6. The 4th Basic Chart ( Picto ) does not show up well without a lot of work and sometimes frustration.  So, Let's not do that one.
7. Now for a little advanced Graphing Skill, The Scatter Plot which Graphs a set of two groups of related numbers.  Not A Chart!
8. Click and Drag to select (highlight) the numbers under X & Y.  Only the numbers.  Click Chart Icon at the top of Spreadsheet.
9. After the Chart Menu appears at the left of the window Click on Scatter Plot and select the second option in the first column.
10. Click Finish! A Scatter Plot of Two Sets of Numbers should appear.  Note the Horizontal Numbers versus Vertical Numbers.
Which set of numbers is Increasing or Decreasing?  Which is not?  Create another set of related numbers for X & Y then Graph!
After you have become comfortable with Charting & Plotting numbers, select any set of numbers and complete any Chart of your choice!
   After Chart appears, use Control C to copy it!  Minimize the Spreadsheet!  Open a Word Processing File!  Hit Enter/Return a few times.
      Now, use Control V to paste the Chart onto the WP document!  Center the Chart!  Write a few words above the Chart to describe it!
          Now, Save & Print the Word Processing Document with Descriptive Words and the Centered Chart!  Ask if you can't Center Chart!
