Speaking and Writing Whole Numbers with appropriate and correct words

 

Decimal Numbers

Place Value, Standard Notation, Number Names, Expanded Notation,

Simple Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division,    Using Calculator

Changing Decimals to Proper and Improper Fractions (Denominators of Tens)

Speaking and Writing Decimal Numbers with appropriate and correct words

 

Fraction Numbers

Numerator, Denominator, Proper Fraction, Improper Fraction

Simple Addition, Subtraction, Multiplication, Division

No Reduce,  No Changing Denominators,  Concentration on Operation

Concepts explained in words and drawings using Rectangles and/or Circles

 

Mixed Numbers

Whole and Fraction Numbers, Standard Notation, Expanded Notation

Change Mixed Number to Improper Fraction  and   Improper Fraction to Mixed Number

Ratio & Proportions of type:  Vertical = 2/3  Horizontal = 2:3  Words = 2 to 3

Provide words and examples of the four basic types of Proportional arrangements

Conversion of Simple Percent Equations into Simple Proportions for Solutions
